A Word from Dr. Aaron Hough
1 Chronicles 12 describes mighty men who joined David when he was running from King Saul. Among those mighty men stood the children of Issachar. They understood the times in which they lived and knew what Israel ought to do. Today, there is a desperate need for believers who understand the Bible and the times they live in. Free Gospel Bible Institute is a place where young people can draw close to God, learn the word of God, think deeply about Scripture and the world they live in, and return into the world empowered by the Spirit of God. Bio
Dr. Aaron Hough graduated from Free Gospel Bible Institute in 2008. He received his D.Min. from Biola University, in La Mirada, CA. His wife, Victoria Hough is also a graduate of the class of 2008 at Free Gospel Bible Institute. Together, they have four children: Micah, Moriah, Malachi, and Matthew.
After graduating, from Free Gospel Bible Institute, Bro. and Sis. Hough spent thirteen years working in various capacities and teaching at the school. In July 2022, they relocated to Flora, IL and pastored New Hope Pentecostal Church for nearly three and a half years.
In November 2025, they returned to Free Gospel Bible Institute to serve as the fifth president of the school.
