A Personal Word

Dear Prospective Student,

The voice of the Lord is an awesome thing. God speaks much and men listen little. Apparently you are searching your heart, trying to discern what the will of the Lord is for your life. Have I heard from God? Is he calling me into the ministry? Is he directing me to Bible School? Questions like these must be addressed!

The call of the Lord has become much too complicated. Look how simply it is related in Isaiah 6:8:

“Also, I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send,
and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.”

This is a wide-open invitation from God that is generally answered by a few select souls who view the challenge of world evangelism and take it personally. People like you!

The spirit, vision, and passion necessary to respond to God’s call is alive here at FGBI. Students are rising to take up the challenge. Let me encourage you to take your place among them!

As you read this catalog, prayerfully consider your place in God’s Kingdom. Our dedicated faculty and staff stand ready to love, instruct and prepare individuals who will respond as Isaiah did by saying, “Here am I; Send Me!”

The will of the Lord will always lead the believer into a whitened harvest field. You must be prepared. This could be a defining moment in your life! We await your application!
