Bob & Claire Goodwin

Rev. and Mrs. Bob Goodwin are excited about coming to minister at camp this year, and are praying and expecting great things from God.

Brother Goodwin and the former Claire Beam were united in marriage on December 15, 2006, and are actively involved in the work of Free Gospel Bible Institute, where Sister Goodwin has already served the Lord for 38 years.

Brother Goodwin was born in Texas, and has had a life of fruitful ministry, preaching for over 55 years, as evangelist, pastor, radio preacher, youth president, District Sunday School Director, District Secretary-treasurer, Presbyter, and 3 1/2 years as President of Ozark Bible Institute in Neosho, Missouri.

Bro. Goodwin is a fiery Holy Ghost preacher with a passion for Pentecost and prayer.

   Brother Cheek has already spent three years here as an  FGBI student, graduating in 1994, and has been involved in ministry since that time.

   Bro. Cheek and his wife come to us from Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. They have pastored for seven years, six years at Gospel Light Tabernacle in Berkeley Springs, and one year in a pioneer work in New Castle Indiana. In addition to pastoring, he serves as principal of a Christian School. He also has evangelized for three years.
