Dear Fellow Alumni,
Howdeeeeee?? Yep, I said "Howdeeeeee." Life is wonderful when we spend it living for the Lord.I trust this newsletter finds you happy, healthy and holy.
HAPPY - "Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God"
HEALTHY - "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth."
Holy - "For this is the will of God, even your sanctification."

Sis. Patty Bellows works so very hard to produce the newsletter for us. I want to say a hearty "Thank You" to her. She will be giving some information in this letter concerning the project that we are doing in the behalf of Bro. Chester Heath. I need you to respond ASAP ---

Please make plans to attend this year's Convention. Bro. Mike Blue will be preaching for us on Thursday night. Bro Ronnie Lynch will be preaching for us on Friday night.
Remember, that we will be having a "Low Country Boil" (shrimp, etc.) and Bar-B-Que on Friday night.

We are looking forward to see you. our fellow alumni at the Alumni Convention. Come to receive from the Lord and the fellowship, the strength to go on in God's will. We need all the help we can to endure to the end. It is not how we start, but how we finish this race. There are all kinds of ways to get sidetracked, but the Word of God, the Holy Spirit and the fellowship of the saints are essential to keep us on the straight and narrow. Hebrews tells us to exhort one another daily, lest we should be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin I believe there will be help for you at the convention.
Let me encourage us, as those who have been blessed to receive our education from Free Gospel Bible Institute. Hold on to the faith that was once delivered to the saints. Hold on to the truth of Holiness, it is still a necessity as we aproach the coming of the Lord. Hold on to the alter and the prayer closet. God still answers prayer. Preach the Word for truly you will both save yourself and them that hear you. No matter where you are at, God still wants to use you, if you let him. But we must be in God's will.
The Bible school is worth supporting and praying for and sending your young people to. Pray for the faculty, the students, the board, and Bro. and Sis. Peretic. Also pray for each other as alumni that we would do God's will. This is something that I believe in. Gods answers prayer. May the Lord bless each and every one of you and may we greet one another around the throne someday.
